FSSC 22000
Since 2001, the manufacturing rules put in place, via a quality manual and strict procedures, have been based on the HACCP standard.
To further raise our standards, Silly is certified FSSC 22000 (food safety management system certification standard) from 2021.
Rainforest Alliance
Silly has also decided to commit to a more sustainable vision from a societal, environmental and economic point of view, and has therefore embarked on a process to achieve Rainforest Alliance certified hazelnut certification. The first certification took place at the end of 2021.
